SWEDISH MASSAGE
uses a system of long strokes, kneading, vibration, percussive and friction as well as active and passive movements of the joints. Most commonly used for full body massages.

ACUPRESSURE
uses finger-pressure massage, based on Oriental healing concepts, which treat special points along "meridians", the invisible channels of energy flow in the body. Energy blocked along these meridians can cause physical discomfort, so the aim is to releases the blockage and re-balance the energy.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
applies concentrated finger pressure to "trigger points" (painful irritated areas in muscles) to break cycles of spasms and pain. It can be used to treat specific conditions such as lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder, TMJ and muscles sprains.

DEEP TISSUE
releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body throuh slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of the tendons and fascia.
